Description

Narrow-headed hoe for breaking ground and cultivating - halfway between a mattock and the flattened end of a pickaxe. What a whopper - perfect for attacking your new allotment, especially if you have heavy soil. Not for prizing out lumps of concrete. The sharpened blade breaks through heavy soil, and the chunky oak handle gives the whole thing a lovely robust feel, with its rounded end perfect for prolonged use. Hand forged by Kudo, a small family business in Sanjo up in the north of Japan.
