The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is back in Dallas, and we are blown away by the transformation of this year’s site, a 12,470-square-foot historic estate in the prestigious neighborhood of Old Preston Hollow. While the home’s exterior is quite traditional, the interior features bright colors, bold patterns, and unexpected elements in every installation, making this year’s display especially captivating for design lovers.
